Research Topics
Our research lies at the interface of mechanistic and synthetic bioinorganic and coordination chemistry, focusing on the precise control and modulation of redox processes in biological systems, the development of biomimetic catalytic frameworks, and the advancement of chemical energy conversion strategies.
We strongly focus on high-pressure adaptations of several analytical methods (electrochemistry, stopped-flow including cryo-modification, NMR) for mechanistic clarification and reaction pathway elucidation.
